1. Where can I buy Club 21 and SuperNature gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers can be purchased from our website. The vouchers sold online are available in denominations of S$50 only. Terms and Conditions apply.

Gift vouchers are also available at the respective retail stores.
2. Where can I use Club 21 gift vouchers?
Club 21 gift vouchers can be used at any free-standing Club 21 boutique in Singapore, inclusive of SuperNature. For a complete list of free-standing Club 21 boutiques, click here.


SuperNature gift vouchers can only be utilized at SuperNature in Singapore only. For SuperNature details, please visit supernature.com.sg
3. Do I have to be a Club 21 card member to make a purchase online?
No, you don’t have to a Club 21 card member. However, in order to make purchases online, you do need to register your email with us for tracking purposes and agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
4. How can I pay for my purchases online?
Club 21 eSHOP accepts selected Credit cards for payment. We accept payment by American Express, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa and Visa Debit via PayPal™. We do not accept Switch, Electron, Maestro and some other international debit cards or any other international debt cards, credit or other modes of payment.

Please check with the issuer of your credit card if you have any queries on how payment is effected.

5. Is my credit card information secure at club21shop.com?
Your security is our priority at club21shop.com. For your protection, we use PayPal™ to encrypt your credit card information. Your payment transaction will be conducted over a secure connection, keeping your information secure and confidential and to be used for purposes of processing your payment.

6. Are the prices inclusive of GST?
Only for the gift vouchers, there is no GST payable for the value of the gift vouchers but delivery charges by Singapore Post registered mail service is subject to GST. GST is applicable to all other Products.
7. Can I send the gift vouchers to multiple shipping addresses?
No, only one mailing address in Singapore will be accepted for each online transaction.
8. Do you deliver the gift vouchers overseas?
No. All orders will be delivered to Singapore addresses only.
9. What is the delivery timeline?
Gift vouchers will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days after payment is received by Club 21. You are not entitled to choose delivery timing for delivery of gift vouchers.
10. Will I receive an email confirming the order was placed?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation message. Please check for an order confirmation, and if you do not receive one, please contact us at + 65 6304 1333 from 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted via e-mail or phone.
11. I received an order confirmation via email and I noticed that I have the wrong shipping address. How can I correct the name and address?

12. Can I change the total dollar amount on the gift vouchers I have ordered?
No. Once your transaction is complete, the payment amount is set and your order of vouchers cannot be changed.

Please note that all gift vouchers sold online are available in denomination of S$50 only.

Example – If you have purchased $200 in Club 21 gift vouchers, you will not be able to increase or decrease the total amount. If you need to purchase more vouchers, please do so in a new online transaction.
13. Can I cancel my gift voucher order?
Once your transaction is submitted, your order cannot be cancelled.
14. Can I exchange or return my gift vouchers?
No. Club 21 gift vouchers cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Customers must check their gift vouchers at the time of delivery and acknowledge that their orders are received in proper and good condition. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on this.
15. What happens if I lose the gift vouchers or they are stolen?
To report lost or stolen vouchers, contact our office immediately to avoid potential misuse. Club 21 Customer Service team can be reached at +65 6304 133 or email us at rewards@club21.com.sg. Please note that Club 21 is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers once issued. The gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Club 21 reserves the right to determine the course of action it wishes to take.
16. I placed my order 10 days ago, and I still have not received the gift voucher(s). How can I track delivery of my order?
You can refer to your confirmation email and call Club 21 Customer Service department +65 6304 133 to check on the status of your voucher order delivery.

All gift vouchers are sent out via Singapore Post registered mail service. Delivery status is tracked by Club 21 via each corresponding Registered Article (RA) number.
17. Are Club 21 gift vouchers transferable?
Yes, Club 21 gift vouchers are transferable. Customers may purchase multiple gift vouchers to give to friends and relatives for their use and/or for their own use. Terms and Conditions apply.
18. Can one gift voucher be used multiple times?
No, please note that in the event that any products purchased in the retail stores is less than the denomination on the voucher, the entire amount of the voucher will be redeemed as payment and any excess amount will be forfeited immediately.
19. How long are the gift vouchers good for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Issue date and expiry date is printed on the vouchers. The issue and expiry date printed is determined by Club 21 in its sole and absolute discretion and is conclusive and binding on the Customer and the user.
20. What are the terms and conditions for the gift voucher(s)?
Please read the Terms and Conditions for the use of the respective gift vouchers, and the further conditions printed on the gift vouchers.
21. How are the gift vouchers presented?
Club 21 vouchers come with gift folders. When you purchase your vouchers, you can indicate the number of gift folders you require.
22. Can the gift vouchers be personalized?
No. The gift vouchers cannot be personalized. However, on the gift folder(s) provided, you may choose to write a personal message for your gift recipient(s).

24. Can I access my order history?

To view your Order History and find the details for all of your previous orders as well as view the status of current orders, Sign-in and click on Order History. You can also view an individual order at Order Status.

25. I am a Club 21 card member. Can I earn points with my purchases of gift vouchers?

No. Club 21 / SuperNature gift vouchers and any purchases made via Online Shopping are not applicable for earning Club 21 card points.
